Simulation Software Ltd. are predominantly an engineering company with substantial industry experience, supported by a very strong project management and software programming capability.

This ensures that we don't just deliver software, we fully understand your pipelines' hydraulic behaviour and we promote a commitment to ensuring our applications provide you with maximum satisfaction.


We dont want the relationship that we develop with our customers to end with the delivery of our software. We want to ensure that our customers get the most from our software and our installations and we promote this through our customer support capability. Support contracts can be tailored towards the customers requirements and ranges from telephone support to competitively priced maintenance and support contracts with varying degrees of commitment.

1. Telephone troubleshooting and advice from experienced system users
2. System maintenance and support with periodic system assessment
3. 24 hour cover 7 days a week
4. Replicated system in-house with continual assessement.
5. Remote System Access

These maintenance and support contracts can be offered to ensure smooth and troublefree operation of the system but also to assist the user understand the results, the pipeline and the equipment behaviour. The objective is to maximise the customers investment.

In addition to the above, user groups, tailored training courses and consultancy can be offered by Simulation Software Limited or from within the Hydraulic Analysis Group.
